NewGen Auto Sales, a trade name of NewGen Financial Services, 818 E Walnut St, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (“we”, “us”), sells used vehicles. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name and phone number.
• Your request: the car you are interested in, the visit day and time, and your questions.
• Calls and texts with us. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can serve you better. We tell you at the start of a call when it may be recorded.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and the website you came from.

How we use it

• To answer your request and book your test drive.
• To call and text you about the car you are interested in, including automated and AI-assisted calls and texts when you have agreed to them.
• To complete the sale paperwork required of a licensed California dealer (CA Dealer #84511).

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, such as our phone and text provider, only to deliver our own messages to you. See our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who else sees your information

Only service providers that help us run the business (phone and text delivery, call recording, our customer records system, website hosting), and government agencies such as the California DMV when the law requires it. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep sale records as long as California dealer rules require. Other requests are kept for up to 3 years, or less if you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of calls and texts at any time.
